Guided by Red Seal baker Shoshawna Blair, you’ll master how to mix, roll, shape, and fill your pies using time‑tested techniques that elevate every crust and every bite. From building structure and texture to balancing flavors, you’ll gain practical, repeatable skills you can use for holidays, gatherings, or everyday cooking.

By the end of the session, you’ll head home with new knowledge, fresh inspiration, and three pies you crafted yourself - one savory, one sweet, and one quiche) you crafted yourself - ready to share.
